PLEASE READ! - THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
 
SUPERVISORS / PURCHASERS: DO NOT ALLOW TRAINEES TO TRAIN DIRECTLY FROM THE ACCOUNT YOU PURCHASED THE KEYS WITH. Only you can do your test from that account.
From the Login Page, the trainee must create their own account with their own email, OR take a test without an account.  The trainee's results will show in your account either way. "Under View Completed Exams"
NO MORE EMAIL WAITS!- Go to your account for everything.
IF YOU ARE GOING TO CANCEL AN EMAIL - LOGIN INTO YOUR ACCOUNT FIRST AND UPDATE YOUR EMAIL TO THE NEW ONE. FAILURE TO DO THIS COULD RESULT IN LOSE OF SAVED RECORDS.
SUPERVISERS / PURCHASERS - HOW IT WORKS
  • It is $30.00 U.S. per key, per test.(If the trainee does not pass, you must purchase another one)
  • Select "Customer Login" Near the top of the page.
  • Once you have created an account and are logged in, purchase your keys, (Trainees can not train out of this this account) Only you can.
  • Handout the keys in your account to each trainee.
  • From the login page, have them create an account with their own email, OR if they don't want an account, select "Take Exam Without An Account" You will still get their results in your account either way. (Under "View Completed Exams")
  • Once a key has been used it will disappear from your account.
  • Make sure you tell your trainees which account option below you would like them to use.
  • All tests require a 90% passing grade.
  • If by chance a trainee is kicked out of a test for some reason, log back in, re-enter the key. It should give you an option to continue or start over.

OPTION 1 - "TRAINEE CREATES THEIR OWN ACCOUNT"

  • Have your trainees create their own account, using their own email.
  • If the trainee has used the system before using their own email and if it is still active, have them retrieve their password to their ALREADY CREATED ACCOUNT. If their email is no longer active have them contact us for assistance. Support
  • The trainee's training results will register in your account if the keys you purchased are associated with your account email (Results will also register in the trainee's account)
  • If it is an automated test (WHMIS, LOCKOUT TAGOUT, PEDESTRIAN SAFETY) The card will automatically show in both your accounts. This also applies when we post the cards to your account that require an evaluation form to be sent in..

OPTION 2 - "TRAINEE SELECTS "TAKE EXAM WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT"
This option is for the supervisor's / purchaser's trainees that don't have email accounts, or don't want to create an account. The supervisor will receive the results in their account, as well as have access to the evaluation forms. This option does not offer the trainee to have their own account.

EVALUATIONS - THESE FORMS ARE IN YOUR ACCOUNT

Safety training courses that DO REQUIRE a trainee to be evaluated are:

THESE ARE BUILT FOR A REFRESHER. YOU CAN STILL TAKE THEM BUT IT WILL
DEPEND ON YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF THE EQUIPMENT.

  • Forklift / Lift Truck Training,
  • Propane Cylinder Exchange
  • Skidsteer / Bobcat
  • Manlift / Aerial Platform Training
  • Overhead Crane Certification
  • Low Lift Truck Training

Certification card (s) will be uploaded to your account within 24 hrs. (ONCE WE GET YOUR EVALUATION FORM BACK)


Safety training courses that DO NOT REQUIRE a trainee to be evaluated are:

THESE COURSES COME WITH A SLIDESHOW BEFORE TAKING THE TEST. THEY CAN BE
VIEWED IN YOUR ACCOUNT UNDER "TRAINING SLIDESHOWS". .

  • WHMIS Training,
  • Lockout Tagout Training
  • Pedestrian Safety Training.

All certification cards for these couses will AUTOMATICALLY be posted to your account management area once you have passed (90%} passing grade.

YOUR ACCOUNT PANEL

Account

  • My Account - Allows you to update your profile, password etc..
  • View Keys Link - Shows your puchased keys
  • View Completed Exams - Shows the history of the trainee's tests
  • View Training Slideshows - Course review for WHMIS, Lockout Tagout, Propane
  • Evaluation Forms - You can get the required evaluation form for the test that you took. These must be completed by a person who is certified for what the trainee tested for. Not all tests require an evaluation. REFER TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE.
  • Purchase Keys - Lets you add keys to your account.
  • Take Exam - Takes you to select your test, OR allows you to Re-Enter Your Key to continue or restart a test
  • Logout - Logs you out of your account.
REMEMBER: Everything goes to your account now, Keys, Evaluation Forms etc.. Lockout Tagout, WHMIS and Pedestrian Safety certification cards automatically go to your account if you pass. Look Under "View Completed Exams" to print these.
Cards that require an evaluation will be posted to your account within 24 hrs. (ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR EVALUATION FORM BACK)

  • SUPERVISORS: (TO KEEP TRACK OF TRAINEES) Always purchase the keys from your account.

INDIVIDUALS NOT WITH A COMPANY

INDIVIDUALS - If you have used our system before, just enter the email that you used in the past. The system will send you a password to your already created account. You can update your profile once you have logged in. IF YOUR EMAIL HAS CHANGED - PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO KEEP YOUR PREVIOUS RECORDS.

INDIVIDUALS NOT WITH A COMPANY STARTING A TEST- If you are not with a company and you bought these keys yourself, You can start a test without entering your key, by selecting "VIEW KEYS" Click "TAKE EXAM"

  • PURCHASE KEYS along with your test score will be sent automatically to your email AND YOUR ACCOUNT you created. Evaluation forms can also be accessed there. When purchasing keys use the email associated with your account.
  • EMAIL - Please double check your email address when you are registering.
  • REMEMBER A PASSING GRADE IS 90% - If you fail, the test must be retaken. (You must purchase another key.)
  • YOUR EVALUATION (IF APPLICABLE) - must be completed by a certified person, and returned to us in order to receive your certification card.
  • THE CERTIFIED EVALUATOR Is the company's / Individual's responsibility to obtain; It can be anybody, as long as they hold a valid certification for the equipment the trainee did the online test for.
  • TEST QUESTIONS - You can correct your answers before you submit your test
  • CERTIFICATION CARDS - Lockout tagout, WHMIS and pedestrian safety training will automatically be sent to your account area. (IF YOU PASS) All cards that require an evaluation will be uploaded to your account within 24 hours ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR EVALUATION.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS - In the event of a techinical issue you will be given a replacement key.
  • SUPPORT - If you require answers to question or technical support DO NOT REPLY USING YOUR RECEIPT. All that this will do is slow the process down for you. Use the SUPPORT LINK at the top or bottom of every page.
  • RESTARTING A TEST - If you get a glitch for some reason, close the window out, log back in, select" take exam" and re-enter your key.

  GETTING STARTED

  • IF YOU HAVE USED OUR OLD SYSTEM, please click the forgot password link to create your account.  Supervisors please enter the email you used for your trainees the last time you did training.. You can also use the link to recover a forgotten password if you lose it in the future.
  • Read and agree to the terms of use..
  • Once your account has been created you can retrieve or purchase your keys, view your keys, View the slideshows for WHMIS, Propane Exchange and Lockout Tagout
  • Trainees can access all of the tests and the following slideshows from their account (WHMIS, Lockout Tagout & Propane Cylinder Exchange) All the other tests are built for refreshers and do not have any course review material at this time.
  • Depending on the test your questions are made up of true, false or multiple choice.
  • Most tests should take approx. 20-35 minutes
  • When the test has been completed, your score & any applicable material can be found in your account management area.
  • Have your evaluation done by a certified person that you are responsible for. (IF APPLICABLE) filled out and faxed back to us. (Fax: 1-866-735-0292)
  • We will then upload your card (s) to your account within 24 hours. WHMIS, Lockout Tagout and Pedestrian Safety will automatically go to your account upon passing.
  • Not all tests have a course material review before taking them. (SEE BELOW)
