How much are your online safety training courses?
Answer: $30.00 per course, per trainee.

Do you offer coporate discounts?
Answer: Yes, there are corporate safety training discounts depends on the amount of keys purchased. Please see safety courses / pricing

Question:
Are the course questions true, false or multiple choice?
Answer: All our tests are true & false except the WHMIS test which is multiple choice.

Question:
Are your courses OSHA recognized?
Answer: Yes

Question:
Are your courses recognized in Canada, Ontario and the United States?
Answer: Yes

Question:
What score do I need to pass?
Answer: You need 90% in order to pass a course.

Question:
What happens if I fail, and do I have to pay again?
Answer: If you fail you must pay again and retake the test.

Question:
I’ve faxed back my evaluation form but have not received my certified card.
Answer: If your card hasn't appeared in your account management area after 24 hours, please contact us using the support page

What if I lose my certified card?
Answer: If you lose your card contact us, if we can find you in our database we will send you a replacement.

Question:
Can I do online safety training in BC?
Answer: Yes, residents of British Columbia can take our safety courses, and yes these safety courses are recognized in BC.

What courses do not need an evaluation completed?
Answer: WHMIS, Lockout Tagout and Pedestrian Safety Training

Why is the passing grade so high.
Answer: Wiith this being online testing, the standards have to be higher to make sure the trainee understands the questions and material..

Is your training recognized in Alberta
Answer: Yes, our safety training is recognized in Alberta.
