Are your courses OSHA recognized?
Answer: Yes

Question:
How long does online whmis training take?
Answer: The whmis test takes approximately 20-30 minutes.

Question:
When do I receive my certified whmis card?
Answer: As soon as you pass it is automatically emailed to you.

Question:
Are your courses recognized in Canada, Ontario & the United States?
Answer: Yes

Question:
What score do I need to pass?
Answer: You need 90% in order to pass a course.

Question:
What happens if I fail, and do I have to pay again?
Answer: If you fail you must pay again and retake the test.

Question:
How long does it take to get my certification card once I’ve passed?
Answer: Once you’ve passed and had your evaluation form filled out
by a certified person and faxed back, we will email your card out in a
few days. (SOMETIMES THE SAMEDAY) Except for WHMIS which is automatically emailed to you unpon passing.

Question:
What if I lose my key?
Answer: BNR’S policy is that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen keys.

Question:
What if I purchase keys and don’t receive them?
Answer: If you purchase training keys and don’t receive them, please email
webmaster@bnr-omline-training.com  with your receipt and we will send them out A.S.A.P.

Question:
Are you planning any new courses?
Answer: Yes, we are planning to add new training courses shortly.

Question:
If I’m an individual can I take your tests?
Answer:You may take our tests as long as you have a CERTIFIED PERSON complete your hands on evaluation form.

Question:
How long does it take to complete Aerial Platform, Scissor Lift / Man lift Training?
Answer: Approximately 20 minutes.

Question:
Are the course questions multiple choice?
Answer: Yes

Question:
I’ve faxed back my evaluation form but have not received my certified card.
Answer: If you haven’t received your card after 2 days email webmaster@bnr-online-training.com and we will look into it.

Question:
What if I lose my certified card.
Answer: If you lose your card contact us, if we can find you in our database we will send you a replacement.
